Why a phone-first workflow helps

Teachers and trainers rarely have long stretches at a desk. A phone-based workflow lets you draft questions between classes, generate a quiz on the bus, and check results before the next session starts. Because everything is saved to the same account, work started on the phone can be continued on the website and vice versa.

Signing in and getting started

You can sign in with email and password or continue with Google, and the same Google account used on the website gives you the same data in the app. The Dashboard shows recent submissions and quick links to your quizzes, question bank, and responses, so the first screen already answers 'what has happened since I last looked?'.

Creating questions on a small screen

Typing long questions on a phone is slow, so let the AI tab do the heavy lifting. Type a topic such as 'Class 8 Geography, Chapter 3', attach a PDF, or take photos of textbook pages, then set the number of questions. Review the drafts, uncheck anything you do not want, and save the rest to your Question Bank.

For short edits, the phone keyboard's voice typing is often faster than tapping.

Building a test in four steps

The quiz wizard walks through details, questions, settings, and review. On a phone, filtering the Question Bank by tag and difficulty is the fastest way to pick questions. Settings such as time limits, shuffling, OTP verification, and attempt limits are simple toggles, so a complete, rule-based test can be built in a few minutes.

Sharing straight from the phone

Once a test is saved, the share link and QR code are ready immediately. Sending the link through a messaging app is usually the quickest way to reach a class or team. For an in-person session, show the QR code on your screen or print the flyer. Participants do not need the app or an account to take the test.

Results and notifications on the go

With notifications turned on, you are alerted when someone submits, and tapping the alert opens their response. The Responses tab lets you search across every quiz by participant name or email. Results can be exported as CSV or PDF from your phone when someone asks for them.

When to switch to a larger screen

Some tasks are easier on a computer: filling in the Excel import template for a large batch of questions, reading many free text answers, or reviewing long reports. Because the account is shared, you can do these on the website and return to the phone for everyday creation and sharing.

Getting started

Install the app, sign in with the account you use on the website or create a new one, and try generating a short quiz from a topic you are teaching this week. The seven-day free trial unlocks everything. After it ends, you can still edit, share, and view results for everything you already created.

Example: a test built between classes

A teacher photographs two pages of the chapter she has just taught, attaches the photos in the AI tab, and asks for ten questions. In the next free period she reviews the drafts, removes two, and builds a test with a fifteen-minute timer and shuffled questions.

Before leaving school she shares the link in the class group. By the next morning, notifications show that most of the class has submitted, and the results are ready for the first lesson.
