How teachers and trainers actually use it, week to week
A typical first week
Most people start with a single quiz on something they are already teaching. They type or generate ten questions, set a time limit, share the link in a class or team group, and watch the results arrive. That first quiz usually takes around fifteen minutes to build, and the grading takes no time at all.
By the end of the week, the more useful habit has started: saving every question to the Question Bank with a chapter tag and a difficulty level. Nothing about the first quiz needs that, but every quiz after it does, because it is what lets you reuse and recombine questions instead of writing them again.
Building a question bank that pays off
The Question Bank holds single choice, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, and free text questions. There are three ways to fill it: write questions by hand, import a whole batch from an Excel file using the downloadable template, or let AI draft questions from a topic, a PDF, or photos of your material, which you review before anything is saved.
Teachers who tag consistently from the start — for example 'Class 9 Physics, Chapter 4' plus easy, medium, or hard — can build a new chapter test in a few minutes a term later simply by filtering and selecting.
Setting a quiz up for its purpose
The same questions can serve very different purposes depending on the settings. A practice quiz might allow multiple attempts and show a leaderboard to add some friendly competition. A graded test might allow one attempt, shuffle the question order, use a strict countdown for the whole quiz, and require email verification with a one-time code so every submission comes from a real, identifiable participant.
Deciding the purpose first, then choosing settings to match, is the single biggest factor in getting results you can trust.
Sharing without accounts or installs
Every quiz gets a link and a QR code the moment it is created. Participants open it in a browser or the app without creating an account, enter whichever details you asked for, and start. For a physical classroom or event, a printed QR flyer on the wall or desk is often the fastest way to get everyone in.
When you need a paper version, the same quiz can be exported as a print-ready paper with answers, without answers, or as an offline exam sheet.
Reading results the useful way
Scores arrive automatically for every auto-graded question. The quiz detail view lists every participant with score, correct answers, and time taken, and exports to CSV or PDF. The more valuable view is Question Performance, which shows the percentage of people who got each question right, wrong, or skipped it.
Questions most people missed are either the ones worth re-teaching or the ones worth rewriting. Bookmark them into Revision, and you can later turn a selection into a re-test with one step.
