Every question you write lives here once, tagged and reusable — build a quiz by picking existing questions instead of retyping them each time. Browsing, searching, and editing questions you already have is always free, trial or not.

What it's for

• Write a question once, use it in as many quizzes as you like
• Tag and mark difficulty so questions are easy to find later
• Filter by tag and difficulty when the bank grows large
• Select several questions at once and turn them straight into a quiz

How to use it

1. 1Tap New to write a question by hand — choose single choice, multiple choice, free text, or fill-in-the-blank, add options and a model answer, then save.
2. 2Use the search field or the filter icon to narrow by tag or difficulty.
3. 3Tap the checklist icon to enter selection mode, pick several questions, then tap Create Quiz to build a quiz from exactly those.

Already have questions in a spreadsheet? Import an entire batch into your Question Bank in one go from an Excel file, instead of typing each one into the app.

How to use it

1. 1Tap Download Template to get a blank .xlsx file with the right columns (Question, Type, Option A–D, Correct Answer, Points, Tags, Difficulty) and example rows.
2. 2Fill it in using your own spreadsheet software, following the example rows.
3. 3Tap Select Excel File and choose your completed .xlsx.
4. 4Tap Import Questions. Any row that fails is listed with a reason, so you can fix and re-import just those.

Describe a topic, or hand over a PDF or photos of your source material, and let AI draft the questions for you. Every generated question lands in your Question Bank for review before it's ever added to a quiz — nothing gets used unchecked.

What it's for

• Turn a topic description into a ready-to-review question set in seconds
• Generate straight from a textbook PDF or photographed pages
• Pick a starting point from the trending prompt templates if you're not sure what to type
• Uncheck any question you don't want before it's saved

How to use it

1. 1Open the AI tab and type what you want, e.g. “Create a quiz on Class 8 Geography, Chapter 3” — or tap one of the trending template cards to fill this in for you.
2. 2Or attach a PDF or up to a few photos instead, with optional extra instructions.
3. 3Set how many questions you want, then tap the send button.
4. 4Review the generated questions, uncheck any you don't want, then confirm to save them to your Question Bank (or straight into a new quiz, depending on where you started).

A four-step wizard — Details, Questions, Settings, Review — that turns a pick of questions into a shareable quiz with exactly the rules you want. Editing a quiz you already created walks the same steps and is never paywalled.

The four steps

• Details — title and description
• Questions — pick from your Question Bank, search and filter as you go; anything you arrived with pre-selected (from AI generation or Revision) shows checked at the top
• Settings — time limits, shuffling, leaderboard, contact-info collection, OTP verification, multiple attempts, and quiz color
• Review — a final summary before you save

Settings worth knowing about

• Time limit — one countdown for the whole quiz, or a countdown per question
• Shuffle questions — each participant gets a different order
• Show leaderboard — participants see a ranked leaderboard after finishing
• Collect email / phone / address — require these fields before someone can start
• Require OTP verification — participants must verify their email with a 6-digit code before starting, to cut down on fake entries
• Allow multiple attempts — off means one submission per person; on numbers each attempt

Every quiz gets its own link the moment it's created — send it however your participants already reach you: chat, email, or a printed QR code.

How to use it

1. 1Right after creating a quiz, you land on a flyer screen with a QR code and share link ready to go.
2. 2Anytime after that, tap the Share icon on a quiz's card to get the link again.
3. 3Print the QR flyer for a physical classroom or event, or just paste the link into a message.

Anyone with the link opens the quiz straight in their browser or the app — no YunoLMS account required on their side. What they're asked for is entirely up to how you configured the quiz.

What a participant sees, in order

1. 1Registration — name and whichever contact fields you turned on
2. 2Email verification — only if you required OTP; a 6-digit code is emailed to them
3. 3Questions — one at a time, with a progress indicator and any time limit you set
4. 4Result — a completion screen, plus a leaderboard link if you enabled one

Export any quiz as a print-ready paper — useful the moment you need an offline or paper-based version of something you built digitally.

Three versions, one export

• With answers — an answer key for grading
• Without answers — a clean copy to hand out or review
• Offline exam paper — a blank paper laid out for participants to write on directly

A table of everyone who attempted this specific quiz — name, email, score, correct count, time taken, and attempt number if multiple attempts are allowed.

How to use it

1. 1Tap a quiz to open its detail view.
2. 2Tap any row to see that participant's full question-by-question breakdown.
3. 3Use the export icons in the toolbar to get the same table as a CSV or PDF.

Instead of results per person, this flips the view around per question — across every response, how many people got each one right, wrong, or skipped it, plus an AI-style summary of how the quiz is trending overall.

What it's for

• Spot the question everyone is getting wrong — a sign it needs rewriting, or the topic needs re-teaching
• Bookmark any individual question straight from this screen to revisit later
• Export the full per-question breakdown as a PDF

How to use it

1. 1Open a quiz's menu and tap Question Performance.
2. 2Scan the percent-correct bar on each question.
3. 3Tap the bookmark icon on any question to add it to Revision for later — tap again to remove it.

A ranked list of everyone who's taken a quiz that has the leaderboard setting turned on — rank, name, points, score, and time.

Every response, across every quiz you own, in one searchable place — useful when you're looking for a specific person rather than browsing quiz by quiz.

How to use it

1. 1Search by participant name or email, or filter to a single quiz.
2. 2Tap a row to open that participant's full response detail, with a print option and CSV/PDF export.

A holding pen for questions you bookmarked from Question Performance — the ones worth revisiting, reusing, or re-testing on later.

What it's for

• Keep a running list of questions worth another look, pulled from any quiz
• Search and filter your bookmarks by tag or by which quiz they came from
• Mark items done once you've dealt with them
• Select up to 25 at once and build a brand-new quiz from exactly those

How to use it

1. 1Bookmark questions from any quiz's Question Performance screen.
2. 2Open Revision from the More menu to see everything you've saved.
3. 3Use Select to multi-select, then Delete, Mark Done, or Create A Re-Test to spin the selection into a new quiz.

Your name, business name, phone number, and country — plus where you change your password and sign out.

Turn these on and you're notified the moment someone submits a quiz — tapping the notification takes you straight to that participant's response, no digging through the Responses tab.

One Premium plan, priced for your region and shown live on the Plans screen — it removes the two trial limits (creating new quizzes and new questions) and adds priority support.

How to upgrade

1. 1Open More and tap the Get Premium banner, or tap View Plans from the trial-ended screen.

4. 4Once upgraded, the same screen shows your license status and expiry date instead of a buy button.
